1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 banana
3 TBS frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup plain yogurt or milk
honey to taste

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into molds or small paper cups and freeze. Insert sticks when partially frozen.

1 package Jell-O
1/2 cup white sugar
1-1/2 cups boiling water
2 cups orange juice

Dissolve the Jell-O and sugar in the boiling water. Add the orange juice and freeze in ice cube trays, popsicle trays or small paper cups. Sticks can be inserted when partially set.

Freeze several bananas for 3 hours. Peel and cut them into 2 to 3 pieces each (thirds), and insert popsicle sticks. Roll each in heated honey, and then in wheatgerm, coconut or finely chopped nuts. Wrap each piece separately and freeze. You can also drizzle them with homemade chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, or butterscotch sauce before freezing.
