This easy goulash recipe uses ground beef, macaroni, tomatoes and seasoned to perfection.
Excellent with a peanut butter sandwich, grilled cheese, crunchy salad or warm buttered bread.
Ground Beef Goulash Macaroni Recipe
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 TBS flour
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lb hamburger
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 quart stewed tomatoes with juice
pinch of parsley flakes
1-1/2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
Brown ground beef; add flour, then remaining ingredients except noodles. Cook until celery and onions are tender.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and add to hamburger mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with shredded cheese
