BBQ Brisket Recipe
3-4 lb beef brisket
PREHEAT oven to 300 degrees.
Spray a 9×13 inch pan with oil and place the dried brisket in it. Pat the brisket dry and sprinkle some of the bbq rub all over the meat. Gently pat the rub in place. Cover with foil and put in the oven.
Bake for 4-5 hours depending on the size of the brisket. Preheat the broiler on high and broil for 5 minutes. The sugar in the rub will make the outside crispy.
Recipe Notes
You don’t have to bake it, you may smoke or grill it too.
