This easy nacho recipe is beyond delicious. BBQ beef, topped with cheesy tater tots and garnished with sour cream and jalapenos.
1 lb shredded BBQ brisket see recipe notes
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 bag frozen tater tots
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Eat with: tortilla chips
sliced jalapeno peppers
Cook the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet according to the package directions and leave the oven on.
Mix the bbq sauce in with the shredded brisket. When the tater tots are done, top with the bbq brisket and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes. Garnish with above suggestions or use whatever your family likes.
I make this on a baking sheet and we make a meal out of it. If you need more meat, please feel free to add more.
