…and I have all three here on this page.
BEST CAJUN RUB RECIPE
3 TBS paprika
1/4 – 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you want it)
1 TBS garlic powder
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Mix together and store in airtight container. Makes approximately 1/4 cup.
STEAK HOUSE RUB RECIPE
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp homemade garlic powder
1 tsp homemade onion powder
2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika
Stir ingredients together in a small bowl and cover both sides of a steak generously with the rub. Allow to stand 45 minutes at room temperature with the rub before grilling.

1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup rice vinegar
