This ravioli casserole is one of my favorite not homemade meal. Saucy tomato sauce coats the ravioli and the casserole is topped with cheese - sooo good. Serve with warm buttery garlic bread.
1 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 jar Bertolli Tomato and Basil pasta sauce (or your favorite)
1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
8 oz block cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2-1/2 to 3 cups shredded mozzarella (I like more)
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 inch pan with oil, set aside.
Cook the Italian sausage and drain well. Mix this with the pasta sauce and pour into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and onion powder together and mix in with the ravioli in a bowl. This is the next layer on top of the sausage mixture.
Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with a salad and warm garlic bread.
