Easy Potato Chips with Seasoning

4 potatoes, sliced paper thin
1 TBS vegetable oil or Pam vegetable spray
1 TBS sea salt (or to taste)

Place oil in a bowl and dip both sides of the chip - place evenly on parchment paper on a microwave safe plate. Do not overlap chips, or they tend to be slightly chewy.

Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on each side.  For toppings I have used sea salt, onion powder and cayenne.

You may also spray the chips with Pam cooking spray. It works great and saves those extra calories and fat. Again, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning instead of the salt.
