Best Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe
Creamy peanut butter and fluffy marshmallow creme combined with butter and vanilla. Sound good? You bet it does.
Peanut Butter Fluff Fudge
3 cups white granulated sugar
1 stick butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1-1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
7 oz container Jet Puffed marshmallow creme
2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a heavy 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Continue stirring while the mixture boils over medium heat for five minutes so it does not burn.
Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan and let cool to room temperature. Cut into squares and serve.
