How to make buttermilk

1 cup of milk
1 TBS vinegar or lemon juice

Place 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice in a (one cup) measuring cup and then fill with milk. Stir and let it sit for 10 minutes and it’s ready to go.

There is nothing to it.
