Natural fibromyalgia remedies are so important and I want to make them easy too. You may drink it anytime, just make sure you haven't had food for 2 hours before drinking.
Lemon Water Cleanse
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup water, room temperature
The first thing I do is wash the lemon with non-toxic liquid soap. I use Seventh Generation and it is available everywhere. Place the other half of lemon in a resealable bag and squeeze out the air before sealing. Put in the refrigerator for the next morning.
After squeezing the lemon juice into a glass, I put only a little water with it and down the hatch it goes. You want to take it on an empty stomach and then can eat a few minutes later. The first few days you may experience soreness, but it will go away. This is alkalizing and wonderful for you.
Use water that has been filtered. If you knew what was in it and what it does to you, you would never drink tap water again. Buy a Brita pitcher or anything just so it filters that nasty water.
The water temperature does help with the sourness of the lemon juice. Add a dash of Frank’s Hot Sauce if you wish; it helps. After a while, it doesn’t even taste sour – I know you probably don’t believe me, but it’s not bad at all.
For the rest of the day, I do not put lemon slices in water like most do. We already consumed our lemon juice which is so much better than just letting a lemon wedge or slice float in the water. If you are having it at a restaurant, just imagine what germs (or whatever) is lurking on the lemon. Dr Oz did a show on restaurant food and I don't even want to go there, but you get the drift.

Homemade Pain Relieving Cream Recipe
• 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
• 2 teaspoons Beeswax pellets
• 2 teaspoons Camphor crystals or 5 drops Camphor oil
• 2 teaspoons Menthol crystals or 5 drops Peppermint oil
• 5 drops Eucalyptus oil
Melt the coconut oil and beeswax together. You can do this in the
microwave, in a double boiler, or what I did was set a small saucepan on
the stove for a minute or two and then turned the burner off and added
the coconut oil and beeswax. Stir until melted. Allow the mixture
to cool for a few minutes, then add the camphor crystals or oil, the
menthol crystals or oil, and the eucalyptus oil.
Put in a container and allow to cool completely. When it is completely cooled it will be a solid rather than liquid…but the minute it hits your warm skin…it will liquefy again. That’s what coconut oil does, which makes it perfect for massaging onto sore muscles and joints.
And finally, if you don’t want to mess with making your own “base” cream, here is a A super simple version of homemade pain relieving cream. My personal journey with fibromyalgia and my fibromyalgia remedies.
Looking up at the ceiling, I let out a sigh. The pain pills I just took will kick in within the hour, and it can’t come soon enough. I feel like I have the flu, but I know I don’t. You know what the flu feels like. Your body aches, your head aches, and you have a sore throat and fever.
It doesn’t help that I can’t sleep at night. I am so restless and my body
hurts in every position I try to sleep in. Every morning when I wake up
(if I sleep it is only a couple hours at a time) I feel like I ran the Boston
Marathon and am so sore, yet I haven’t left my bedroom.
Oh I almost forgot - I need to write down when I took the pain pills, so I can take them again in four hours. I have what is called Fibro Fog where I get very forgetful and confused. I can’t concentrate; I stutter at times and mix up words as I speak. It is very frustrating, as people look at you like you have lost your mind.

Fibromyaliga (aka “Fibro”), is an autoimmune disease - this is when your body creates an immune deficiency and cannot fight foreign invaders. When I was diagnosed in 2000, you did not hear about fibromyalgia and it wasn't as mainstream as it is today. I saw the hashtag #fibrosucks and it certainly has hit home - I think the exact same thing.
But do you know what? I think that this disease was brought into existence for a reason. I believe it is here because people have succumbed to fast food and convenience. Of course I mean the fast food restaurants but also the frozen food, boxed food and canned food.
