ITALIAN HOMEMADE SALAD DRESSING
3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 TBS water 2 tsp white sugar 1 tsp garlic, minced 1-1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste 2 TBS freshly grated parmesan cheese
