This soy sauce dressing should be in a "must make" category. Why? It's so delicious and light. Your family will love this homemade salad dressing - it goes great on a salad with grilled chicken.

HOMEMADE SOY SAUCE SALAD DRESSING

1/3 cup peanut or extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup homemade cider vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 TBS homemade soy sauce
2 TBS green onion, chopped
1 TBS honey
1/2 tsp homemade hot mustard

Combine the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well to combine the ingredients thoroughly. Keep refrigerated and use within a few weeks. Shake before using.






ITALIAN HOMEMADE SALAD DRESSING

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 TBS water
2 tsp white sugar
1 tsp garlic, minced
1-1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
2 TBS freshly grated parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients and whisk until well incorporated. Pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate overnight before using. Shake well before serving.






This homemade salad dressing is so simple to make. Use it for your salad or as dipping sauce for chicken nuggets or fingers. Use fat-free yogurt if you want a healthier version.


HOMEMADE HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

1/4 cup homemade mayonnaise
1 TBS homemade Dijon mustard
1 TBS honey
1-1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Whisk the above ingredients together and store in the refrigerator.

FRESH CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

3/4 cup homemade mayonnaise
1/4 cup homemade cherry conserve
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
12 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained and squeezed dry
1/4 tsp lemon juice
2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
1 cup finely diced celery
1/2 cup sliced green onion

First combine the mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients - chill before serving.
