There are so many variations to this dessert and I've included another decadent creamy dessert below.

ICE CREAM SANDWICH DESSERT RECIPE

19 ice cream sandwiches

Homemade Whipped Cream

3 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1-1/2 cups caramel sauce

1 (12oz) jar hot fudge ice cream topping
3 Heath toffee candy bars, crushed

Beat the heavy whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form; set aside.

In the bottom of a 9x13 pan, place 1 layer of sandwiches and pour the jar of caramel sauce over that.

Add another layer of sandwiches and top that with the jar of hot fudge sauce.

Spread the homemade whipped cream on top and sprinkle with the crushed candy bars. Chill well before serving.

Here's another dessert variation that is scrumptious.

EASY PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM SANDWICH

19 ice cream sandwiches
3/4 cup homemade peanut butter
1 (16oz) can chocolate syrup
1-1/2 cups homemade caramel sauce
1 (12oz) container frozen whipped cream, thawed (homemade whipped cream recipe above
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, quartered

Microwave the peanut butter for a few seconds and place in a mixing bowl. Pour in the chocolate syrup and beat well.

Layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with one layer of ice cream sandwiches. Drizzle 1/2 of the peanut butter mixture over the sandwiches and then drizzle 1/2 of the caramel over that. Repeat.

Spread the whipped cream on top of all and sprinkle evenly with quartered peanut butter cups. Chill well before serving.
