All My Favorite Italian Food Recipes

Homemade Italian Pasta Recipes

Authentic Italian Tomato Sauce Recipe

Homemade agnolotti pasta is just one of the many homemade Italian pasta recipes I offer. This recipe makes approximately 45. Try my old fashioned Italian recipes, and start another new family tradition today. Delicious.

Homemade Agnolotti Pasta
EASY AGNOLOTTI RECIPE

1-1/2 lbs Basic Pasta Dough

Divide the prepared dough into 3 parts and roll each one into a 15 inch circle. Use a round cookie cutter (or a glass) and cut into 2-1/2 inch circles.

Place a teaspoon of filling off center on each circle. Fold the pasta over to form a half-moon and seal the edges with a fork. Place on a lightly floured surface.

Bring 6 to 8 quarts of boiling salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 6 to 7 minutes and serve with your favorite sauce.
