Recipe for Cajun Seasoning

Ingredients

3/4 cup of salt
1/4 cup homemade cayenne pepper
2 TBS paprika
2 TBS garlic powder
2 TBS onion powder
2 TBS ground white pepper
2 TBS freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Simple to make.... just shake the ingredients together in a sealed bag. Save the plastic containers the spice came in, and add the spice mix after combining. Take off the company labels and add your own.

Very tasty. Use it on chicken, salmon, burgers or steak; whatever you choose. Don’t let the amount of salt scare you. After it’s cooked it is not so overpowering and this is so good.
